Telephone Consultations

For those little questions or concerns that arise between appointments, please give us a call. We have a dedicated staff of nurses who are always happy to answer questions, calm fears and offer solutions. Remember, you’re the reason we’re here.

Payment and Insurance

Payment, including deductibles and co-pays, is due at the time of service. Our fees are within the customary range for this area reflecting the level of care you will receive and the exceptional training of our physicians. Our office supervisor is available to discuss our fees with you. We handle insurance filings and are always happy to provide assistance with any billing or insurance questions you may have.

Prescription Refills

Most non-narcotic prescription requests can be taken by phone provided you have been seen in this office within the past year. Prescriptions for pain medication must be written during regular office hours.

  3. When asked enter you patient identification number
  • This will be your account number with 000 in front of it (000******)
  • If you are unsure of your account number please reference your patient portal or contact our office
